Columns we read
A single Name column is enough (or First and Last), plus Class. A first name or initial on its own is fine. Optional: Position, Jersey #, Height, Weight, and the contact columns below.
Contact columns: Email, Phone, Parent Name, Parent Email, Parent Phone. Contact details stay private to your staff.
Header names are flexible — “Grad Year”, “Class of” and “Year” all work. Anything we don’t recognise is listed back to you rather than ignored.
