Delete your account

Open Settings in your locker, scroll to Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account. You will be asked for your password and to type DELETE to confirm.

Go to Settings →

Email support@thelkr.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you before we do anything.

If you are a parent or guardian acting for an athlete under 18, say so — you do not need their password.

Your locker and everything on it: profile, stats, highlights, offers, trophies, photos, messages and notifications. Your public locker page stops existing.

Your account can no longer be used to sign in, on any device.

Records of purchases are retained for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons — but with your name, email and contact details removed, so what remains is a transaction record that is no longer linked to you by name.

If you bought from a brand's storefront, that brand is the seller and keeps its own order records under its own policy.

Anything already shared publicly — a link someone saved, a screenshot — cannot be recalled from other people's devices.

Deletion from your side is immediate. Copies in encrypted backups age out on our normal backup cycle and are not restored to live systems.
